08-21-2024The Harriet Extra Space Storage is a very well managed establishment. Chad, particularly, was the perfect amount of help and very responsive to any inquiries that I had. Any other staff that I encountered was friendly as well. The building doesn't get muggy during the warm months. There is ease of access by being able to park in the "garage" instead of un/loading during unfortunate weather. Most of the time, there were carts available to move bigger objects, which was awesome! Overall, this is a great place for your storing needs in uptown Minneapolis.

08-17-2024This is our second time renting from ESS on Harriet Ave. The online promos are great. Storage unit and facility is clean. Love that we can drive right in and load/unload inside. Seems very secure. Love the Lift! And the carts are a huge help. Chad is very helpful... showed us around and made sure we had the right lock and understood how everything worked. We'll be back if needed.
