02-08-2025No serious complaints, but I do wish they could salt the area in winter because it's very icy and dangerous, and the location of one of the key-code dial pads was on a dangerous, tiny concrete sort of hill that is easy to fall from. Also I was unclear on the concept that I'm supposed to keep the lock? Am I supposed to be able to reuse it in the event I require your services in the future? Also I do wish an indoor temp controlled unit was allowed because I'm unsure whether certain items of mine might have been damaged due to the subzero temps we had last month. But the clerks (apologies for not remembering names) were friendly and helpful. Would recommend and use again.
