05-07-2026This place is a Nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I rented a unit through my company on set it up on autopay, but caught them changing my autopay to cover fraudulent charges, assuming we wouldn't catch them. When addressed they said my contract gave them the authority to. ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT. They agreed to return the funds, but instead raised our rent $60 (85%) the next month and 'Credited" what they stole to the newly increased bill. THIS IS FRAUD. I immediately decided to move only to discover ALL our items had been destroyed by rats. They chewed up solid wooden furniture, electronics, art, and mattresses they are also nesting in. There is rat urine and feces all over everything. Everything is destroyed. They said I purchased insurance, but have yet to receive any policy info or a remedy. I refuse to pay and demand ALL 5 months returned. Do not trust this place or the reviews. I have videos and photos. ZERO REMEDY and now locked out until I pay them more. I am on a mission to shut this place down now.

04-19-2026They had climate controlled units available in the size I needed at an exceptional price. Access to the property and the unit was simple and Monday through Friday they had staff on site. I called and they ensured a dolly was in my bay when I arrived to offload my material. Highly recommend to anyone needing short or long term storage.

04-14-2026This facility has a serious rodent problem. I spent a couple hours cleaning rat feces & urine off of every surface exposed to the ceiling when moving out. I spoke to 2 nearby renters and they had the same problem. One of the units was horribly disgusting. She had spent 2 hours the previous day cleaning and it was still really bad. If you're not prepared to fight the rodents yourself, I'd go elsewhere.
