rude and condescending service. DO NOT STORE HERE
Gene and Marcus, Public Storage employees, were extremely helpful and made my experience of exiting my storage unit of 8 years completely not stressful. The Public Storage at 300 Treat Street are so lucky to have these two professionals who made my storage experience feel so supportive and taken care of by their attention to all details.
Youll be waiting for a hand truck EVERY time you come to the facility. They will not buy more.
Deceptive website, be sure the size of the space you're renting! To get a refund on your lock you have to make an in person appointment, lol. Check Yelp to get a lot more criticism, somehow they have hacked Google to look much better here.
I don't think it could have gone any worse. First I rent a unit because they are offering a free month and when I get there I discover you have to go up a ladder to access it?? Then the employee who's not friendly at all says he can switch me to a new unit on the ground but forget to cancel my previous rental so I end up paying for two units. Luckily another employee Christian, is so nice and helpfull and fix the whole disaster.
