06-07-2025The moveout process was also amazingly easy. I just came down after it was empty and unlocked and told the staff, who are great. Then within 5 minutes got notification I'm out and will no longer be charged.

We walked in with no experience in storage units and left with a great understanding of our unit, lock, and access situation. The building itself is very clean, the air in there smelled good, and the temperature control felt great too.
