10-02-2026I'm updating my review relative to some issues that have come up since my prvious review. The first regards security within the facility. They have keypads on the doors to control entry to the climate controlled units, but they don't have the doors on the end of the buildings locked so what's the point of the keypads? Also they spontaneously raised my rental rate on both of my units (two identical units keep in mind) one went up by $21, no big deal. The other one went up by $76. For identical units. At this point I would not recommend renting from Extra Space Storage.

08-31-2026We used the storage units for about 3 months while we were packing up our apartment and purchasing and moving into our house. It was easy to do online and we just showed up periodically to fill it as needed. And when it was time to move out we could notify just as easily online when we were done. We moved out easily without any issues. Helped us get through our move affordably and quickly.

08-30-2026The people were great but the web site needs some work. Good first effort. More testing is required. This comes from an IT guy who specializes in Cisco and Web development and design.
