02-27-2026The manager (Keoni- male with. Hawaiian name) was exceptional, professional and organized! A pleasure to deal with! I would absolutely love to refer family & friends to you because of the staff! You might have to wait for the bathroom to be opened as staff is responsible for rounds and they don't just stay in the office Also I live on SOCIAL SECURITY & you only accept payments on the 1st. We don't get our $ until the 2nd Wednesday of the month. I suggest you have a retirement program for >65 years old where they have an option to pay on the 15th of the month. You can publicize it as an elderly (special AARP) discount for downsizing seniors. Maybe a partnership with AARP Nationally...

02-26-2026Ive had my storage at this location for 5 years. Since the new manager, Kiuni, took over, the experience has been excellent. He is very good at customer service and has helped me with everything Ive needed. The place is clean, no roaches, and the service is outstanding. Im truly grateful for the attention and care. Before, I had many complaints, but now they always answer the phone and he is always there to resolve any concerns. Thank you so much!

02-25-2026This has been the worst customer service experience Ive had with any business in the United States. Ten days ago, I came to access my storage unit on the 4th floor and the elevator was not working. There was no warning, no email, no call, no sign nothing. I had to carry heavy items up four flights of stairs because no one informed customers in advance. There was no staff available to assist. I had to ask random people in the building how to get upstairs because management was nowhere to be found. Calling the property manager is useless. Calls go unanswered. Voicemails are ignored. No one ever calls back. There is zero accountability. Today I returned because I need equipment stored there for my job. Again, the elevators are down. I was told I couldnt go up and the way it was communicated was completely unprofessional. No solutions. No alternatives. No effort to help. Just you cant go up. This is not just inconvenient it directly impacts my ability to work and earn income. Yet they continue charging customers every month as if everything is operating normally. There is no proactive communication system. No alerts. No transparency. Just pay your bill and figure it out yourself. This facility should be ashamed of the way it treats paying customers. This will be my last month here. For what they charge, the level of disorganization, lack of professionalism, and absence of customer care is completely unacceptable. If you depend on reliable access to your storage unit especially for business look elsewhere.
