02-11-2026The quality of this Public Storage has significantly decreased in the last few years. The hallways are not always clean and getting assistance here is not very common. I should have known I was making a mistake when I rented a unit in December 2023, and the unit they tried to give me was damaged. However, today was the cherry on top for me. The last two years, the gate has been broken numerous times, and I've been nice about it. The elevators and hallways a mess, I assumed they just didn't have enough help, times are hard. Today, the gate is still broken from my last visit, which was just a week or two ago, and not one, but both elevators are broken. How am I supposed to move things in and out of my storage unit without a working and safe elevator to use? This is truly unacceptable, especially since rent just increased this month. Please use the funds coming in from rent increasing to improve the critical aspects of the facility, not whatever construction has been taking place in the parking area. I have rented with Public Storage on and off for over 10 years, and the conditions of this visit is crazy. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.
