My friend has both of her units there since she had such an excellent experience with Mrs Rochelle and after specking with her I absolutely see why!!! 08-26-2024Listen I dont do plenty reviews on anyone but I have to give credit where its due!! Mrs Rochelle is so amazing and super helpful and its not just for a sell. She has been amazing since I first started renting at her location!! I couldnt be happier to have her to reach out to when it comes to storing my valuables. 08-26-2024I have been searching for a new storage unit to accommodate my belongings where I not only trust the location but I trust the person working there that they arent going to screw me over with a monthly cost. My friend recommended me going to extra space storage and speaking to Mrs Rochelle and WOW she was exactly who I needed to speak to very friendly, answered any and all questions with no attitude or hesitation, was so kind to let me see the space I was interested in and help me see how it could work for me.
