08-15-2026Shaun showed us around the facility and we looked at 5 x 15, 5 x 10, and 8 x 10 units. We decided on the 8 x 10 and there's online special offers and intro offers in person. Rental price was reasonable, Shaun was patient and explained the guidelines to us and access is 6am to 10pm, all units are indoors and out of the weather. Unit ceilings we looked at were chain link mesh. It is located on East street in Fairport Harbor. The Our Pets building was converted to Extra Space Storage. Will add to this review once we've rented and accessed a couple of months and the intro offer converts to the standard price.

07-05-2026Do you need storage space? Extra Space Storage in Fairport Harbor, OH is professionally setup. The facility is very clean and is setup with everything you need. There's carts to assist with your items, there's automatic doors, and a restroom on site. We rented two control air units with the assistance from the store manager, Savannah. Savannah made the process easy and stress free. She walked us through setting up the app on our cell phones for convenience and was very patient and extremely helpful. Excellent customer service. She also provided a tour and will show you the units before purchase. I can't say enough about Savannah's hands on customer service. Her skills and her friendly outgoing personality made our day.
