02-12-2026I do acknowledge first of all that I did not check the gate hours prior to renting a unit from this location. So I rented a unit online and paid for the first got the second month free loaded up the truck went down to the facility. got there a little bit after six and gate was locked. Location was closed. Cannot get into unit cannot get into facility at that point that to myself 6 PM closing time doesnt work with me so I called the number to Close out unit get refund couldnt get a hold of anyone In facility Had no one living on property to oversee facility as some storage locations do. Was told that Per policy, we can only issue a refund if the account closed the same day of your move-in date now being that there was no one to speak to after 6 PM how does the company give you any time to close the account on the same day when theyre closed after 6 PM very unhappy with the way That Im being treated contacted the branch they said a district manager will get back to me whether or not Ill get a refund or not again I never access the gate never moved in. I tried calling the same night. I left a voicemail followed up the next morning, and I closed the account immediately. And also, why is it that on one star or two star reviews? None of the employees are responding to any of them they sure do respond to the five star review reviews.
