06-03-2026First of all, good staff members. LOL However; Rent is a little high, but is an ok place to keep stuff in a cooled environment. Except the extra dust/ashes from a neighboring land owner who burns things on his property because there's a lot of ashes coating my things whenever I visit all year 'round...(Renting since 2023) so either bring storage blankets to protect your front end storage supplies or pack it in the back. I got really upset about it because it stained/ruined a few things. No lighting inside the units!! So you can't work when it's dark outside. No outlets either. Just street lights for the exterior/driveway. Staff has a long lunch break, (nearly 2 hours at a time) so access to restroom is always locked which is frustrating and very inconvenient. (Maybe install # key lock like the front gate code for access to the bathroom too? And it'll lock after hours, idk) P. S. Falling behind on rent will cost a substantial amount!! The regular late fee $50 PLUS $120 fee after 35 days from due date!! So don't be late on payments!
