02-08-2026Was chased out of this location due to egregious increase- literally from $110 to $189. For a 10x15 I think. No algorithm should ever allow for this drastic amount in hike- especially when you consider the location in northern Lakeland and also other storage locations are plentiful in the area. Nor should one need to always speak to management and ask for a reduction from what is a ridiculous and unreasonable increase in the first place. The hike alone will put a terrible taste in your mouth and motivate you to take your business to a competitor- which will almost always be cheaper than staying. Extra Storage corporate, you need to do better. PS. The loading area is terrible at this location. Once a box truck is there first, its nearly impossible to share the narrow entrance.
