01-27-2026This place is awful, but if everything worked, it would probably be nice. Elevator has been out for a month (there is only one for the whole facility), gate codes didnt work today so it looks like they left the side door unlocked. Floor was so icey today I saw someone almost fall. Furniture is abandoned throughout the floorpresumably because the elevator is out. There are a bunch of mattresses and frames where the carts are supposed to be. Office never has anybody in it. Im not sure management has been onsite in quite a while. We made a complaint to public storage and management called a couple days later saying they were working on fixes. The elevator being out for a day or two is terrible in a storage facility, but a month is wholly unacceptable.

01-20-2026Be aware of their fee policy. You pre-paid for the month, if you moved everything out in the middle of the month there will be no refund the fee for rest of the month. Very convenient free money for them.
