01-27-2026Terrible neighbors. They never shovel their sidewalks after a storm and put pedestrians in danger. Last year, they consistently failed to shovel their sidewalks, and they dropped the ball after the most recent storm this year. Check out this photo from yesterday evening. Their negligence forces folks to walk on a busy state route (Route 38).

She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to give me every piece of information I needed to rent a unit especially since this was my first time renting one. She took the time to answer all my questions, explain the process clearly, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with my decision. What really stood out was that she encouraged my wife to come by and see the facility herself so she could feel safe and confident with the building. She even told me to let my wife know that shed be happy to walk with her to our unit until she feels fully comfortable. Thats not just great customer service, thats genuine care and humanity.
