01-13-2026Hard to recommend. Ive been a customer for over a year and wanted to move into a different unit - booked something and once I went into the unit, I learned that there was loose insulation everywhere. I tried to cancel or get assigned a different unit and was told I couldnt do it over the phone (there was no one on site) so I asked to cancel and confirmed I would be receiving a full refund - which never came so I had to submit a claim via credit card. I called several times and left a voicemail for the property manager but no one ever got back to me from the actual location. My previous experiences here were good - its generally clean and Ive always had at least one elevator work and trolleys available.

12-29-2025Elevator doesnt work. How am i supposed to move all my items???? Bad service. Office always closed nobody is in there, trash everywhere in the building poor cleaning! and there are dead rats around the storage unit. Oh but they charge every month on time but what a bad service, unbelievable bad.
