12-09-2025First off I would like to start off by saying Stephanie is rude as hell and has an attitude when shes helping customers! Second this storage is the worst! Almost 7 years I rented to this storage place and every 6 months they were raising the rent, I couldnt afford paying $300 a month anymore. Not only did they raise the rent every couple of months but its infested with mice! As I was moving all my stuff out the storage unit there were mice droppings everywhere!! They ruined boxes and bags and got into so much of my stuff, I couldnt take some of my things with me. I do NOT recommend this storage at all unless you want to be paying a car note for storage space. The first few months are great until you start receiving emails about rent being raised every 6months! Photo attached so you can see the dirtiness and the ripped pieces of my boxes because they tore into them.

11-28-2025Good luck if you can find a cart to move stuff out or in. Sometimes have to wait for up to an hour just to get your hands on a cart. Unfortunately, the emoloyee there only was able to tell me to complain to the management.
