01-20-2026From the moment I called to find out about renting a storage unit to moving in today has been excellent. Shane the customer service rep on the phone was kind, professional and helpful. Recommended what size he thought I would need after asking what I was storing and he was correct. I moved in today and arrived a half hour prior to the office opening. Kirk was kind enough to let me in and helped me figure out the code I had received previously and the area where the unit was. He always explained to me where it would be move convenient to park to unload the pick-up truck and my car. Was pleasantly surprised how the process and employees were so pleasant, professional and helpful.

My storage locker was very clean, and I look forward to storing my items at ESS.
