09-28-2024Weirdest layout of storage units I have ever seen. Staff was helpful when we arrived to move into our unit and realized because of the unit not being a box, we were not going to fit. Bigger unit (more money) and still a weird layout. One building only has stairs and avoid it if you have more than boxes to store. Other building has an elevator, but you must make sure the gate and door is closed or others can get the elevator back to the ground floor. It is a common problem at this location and a real pain when you are stuck on the 3rd floor. Building is kept clean but the hallways have many turns and maneuvering their carts sucks. Oh and some units are still up stairs in the elevator building or need a move able ladder to access. Go look at units before you rent

09-09-2024I am moving out of this location. BE CAREFUL! The storage space there is super weird. I booked a 5 x 10 and called the office there. The person on the phone did not tell me the 5 x 10 is a space with two big stairs inside, making the space unusable for furniture, but only boxes. The space rent is $185 (adding insurance is $200/month), so I thought it should be a legitimate room. However, when I arrived with movers and furniture around 6 or 7 pm, we were shocked to see the space has big stairs inside. At that time, the office was already closed, and no one answers the customer service number. The next day, the customer service calls back and gives us the option to move to another space or location, but we have to pay for our own move and the new storage space. Now I am moving out to another storage space, and after checking out other storage companies, I realize how shady this location is! Also be aware on some weekdays during business hours the office is closed.
