02-23-2026Unfortunately this place does not have a front desk person present. If there are any difficulties or reasons you may need to speak to someone, good luck trying to get a response. They are supposed to have an employee here at all times. I waited over 20 minutes for someone to show up, and no one ever did. Super unprofessional and disappointed. I cant access my storage unit without speaking to someone.

I want to leave a positive review for Public Store in San Francisco. I have been storing my belongings here for over a year, and I am very satisfied with their service. The staff helped me with registration and recently accommodated my request to lower the storage rate, which I greatly appreciate. I also want to note that there is almost always parking available inside the building, and the place is always calm and clean. Excellent service and well-maintained facilities thank you very much

01-19-2026Marcus does an awesome job for public storage. He seems to know everything there is to know about everything , which keeps me extremely grateful to not have to relocate before I'm ready. Im still storing at Public Storage. Marcus is Still as helpful as always. Still does a great job. He gets another 5 s I recently got some excellent help from the woman who manages the 190 10th street location. I believe her name is Tee. She was very busy but has a very good work pace and she goes out of her way to make people feel comfortable while addressing each situation professionally and remains very helpful and friendly. She she knows everything about her job was so helpful and I was very impressed and left with no problems. It was a great feeling to know they are still going to help me even when very busy. It truly does make a difference in my day after arriving to 190 10th street without my gate code and a phone that still is waiting for me to install the Public Storage Mobile App. when I look around, there seems to be a new face. very alert and professional and friendly.. well trained and able to resolve the issue quickly which was very impressive reassuring . thanks again!!
