I am writing to formally complain about the ongoing maintenance and security issues at your storage facility. These problems have become consistent, unresolved, and unacceptable, especially considering the amount tenants pay for secure, climate-controlled storage. One of the biggest concerns is the repeated failure of the air conditioning in the climate-controlled areas. I specifically pay for a temperature-controlled unit to protect my belongings from extreme heat and potential damage. When the air conditioning is not functioning, I am not receiving the service outlined in my lease agreement, which I believe may constitute a breach of that agreement. In addition, the access doors and entry points to the facility are constantly malfunctioning and are often left open for extended periods of time. This creates a serious security issue and exposes the entire property to theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access. Tenants should not have to worry that anyone can walk onto the property at any time because the facility is unsecured. The elevators are also frequently out of service, making it difficult to access units and creating unnecessary inconvenience for customers, especially those with larger or heavier items stored upstairs. What is most frustrating is the apparent lack of urgency in addressing these repeated issues. These are not isolated incidents they are ongoing problems that continue to impact tenants and the safety of their property. I am requesting immediate action to resolve these maintenance and security concerns, along with clear communication regarding when permanent repairs will be completed. Paying customers deserve a safe, secure, and properly maintained facility.
