08-16-2024I have had a wonderful experience at this facility! When renting out my unit I accidentally rented two units because of a mistake that happened when filling out the form. I reached out via the bot on the app and from there the people from the office contacted me. I spoke with someone later in the day and they were able to resolve my issue right away! When going to see the unit for the first time I went right inside the office and spoke with Omar who showed me where my unit was and how to access it. I really appreciate all the help the staff has been able to provide. Even on my move out the process has been extremely smooth and Omar is very helpful and responds quickly about any of the problems Ive had. The move out process was easy and fast. I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!
