08-02-2024I have rented a storage unit space here now for a year. Great customer service. Tanya helped me today and she was great. I had lost the keys to the lock on my unit and she was able to cut my lock and get me inside my unit. She was very helpful!

06-26-2024My friend had lost his key to his storage shed that he was renting from ExtraSpace Storage. We had notified one of the attendants who was on duty at the time, whos name is Tanya. She was very helpful in replacing the lock ?? so we could have access to our belongings by giving her time and effort in removing the old lock and replacing it with a new one at no charge. She was very kind and patient through-out the process. Me and Mark are very grateful for the time, patience and effort she gave us so we could access our belongings again. Thank you Tanya ??
