08-11-2026My experience at Public Storage on Cherry Road, West Palm Beach, Florida was absolutely the best. Ms. Valerie was very, very cordial as well as extremely PROFESSIONAL!!!!!! She deserves a raise and a promotion !!!! Public Storage company needs a lot more Valerie's !!!!!!!!!!!!!

08-11-2026Really nice, new and clean facility. But the best of it is - Valerie, manager/attendant/maintenance person. She is personable, caring and fast in problem solving. She knows renters and makes everyone welcome like this is some kind of hospitality establishment. Way to go Mrs. Valerie, great customer service!
