08-31-2026I contacted this facility to discuss a significant rent increase and ask whether a more affordable option was available. Instead of receiving professional assistance, I was met with a condescending and authoritarian tone and threatened with termination of my unit based on alleged rule violations by my sonviolations for which I had never received any prior verbal or written notice. After questioning my son, I learned that he uses the unit only to place items inside or remove them and does no work on the property. He also stated that a conversation the manager characterized as aggressive was, in fact, calm and occurred after my son briefly sheltered beneath the buildings eave while riding his bicycle in the rain. I have filed two corporate complaints and requested the dates, evidence and specific rules supporting these allegations. I am deeply disturbed that unsupported claims about my son were apparently used to intimidate me when I merely questioned a rent increase. Customers deserve honest communication, proper notice and respectful treatmentnot threats or unsubstantiated accusations.
