04-03-2025Went to the building couple minutes before five and no one was there. Use the barcode on the door to complete application. I selected the 10 x 20 space but during the signing of the documents, I realize that they changed it to a 5 x 5. I called customer service person did not speak English very well but updated the report to reflect 10 x 20. After paying $168 I got the gate code and went in to find out they give me a 5 x 10. Call back again to find out they wanted to charge me extra for a 10 x 20 space. Felt like this was more of a scam so I canceled everything.
