11-09-2025I do a lot of business with extra space storage and I have multiple units. I give three stars because it is a 50/50 with the entire experience. Usually customer service is pretty decent and they're wanting to help even though their managers or corporate office holds them back from actually helping. They are still very friendly and accommodating when they can be. As for a business, they reel you in with ok prices and when you're finally moved in and settled in, they Jack your prices up most of the time more than double when you moved in and expect you to pay for it because the average person doesn't want to move out or have the ability to move out. So they twist your arm behind your back making you pay higher prices you can't afford. It's really hard to give a super detailed review because it's based on my personal experience. Would I recommend them as a storage unit, probably not But then again I probably wouldn't recommend any storage unit just because all of them are out to get your money and they can change your pricing at any time they want to. Its always hard to give less accommodating reviews when you have good and bad experiences from the same. Still probably recommend finding somewhere else if you could.

10-07-2025Princess Leia was absolutely fabulous. Im an old guy & she helped straighten out my memory on my passcode & told me about using the app that I had already downloaded to open the gate. Shes definitely an asset to Extra Space Storage. Plus, the green highlights in her hair reminded me of Lukes lightsaber! You can also ask her about the three rules that every guy over 50 should know that I taught her! Fantastic business!
