01-14-2025Presitory company. Have to call customer assistance for everything. I paid what I was due. Emptied my space returned the lock. Set up to the move out date and everything. Still shows my account is open. Don't use any of these places. You miss 1 payment they make it impossible to get your stuff. Charge you more every 3 months. It's a 25$ late fee and then a 55$ lein fee and then they charge you 125$ lein fee. Makes it hard for people who are struggling.

01-12-2025This company is the worst! When ever you try to reach someone you get the run around. This company is unwilling to work with anyone who is going through financial difficulties. They will sell your stuff before allowing you to set a payment plan. Absolutely disgusted!
