05-06-2025Ebony Allen is highly professional and very articulate. She has helped since June 2023 while I've had this storage unit up until May 2025. Eventhough she is not the property manager over location my storage unit is at. She still always returned my phone calls, performed proper due diligence, and helped schedule vacate of of unit. Which the my property manager over my location has not returned my calls over time I had unit, including call where I asked for call back to schedule vacate. Until today Stacey called me back because, I demanded in voicemail a call back to confirm, I vacated unit and swept it. Ebony Allen is truly an asset to Public Storage.
