02-15-2026I had just started renting storage here and when I got to the unit to store our Christmas stuff the lock wasn't the correct lock for the 10x10. This was Sunday evening. Today I went to the office and Tion (sorry if I misspelled your name) was very courteous and helpful. He provided the correct lock (barrel lock) for the storage unit and now we feel more reassured about storing our belongings here. Thanks for the assist Tion!!

01-31-2026Convenient location. This facility is always clean and security is a priority. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I have severe breathing problems and they even let me take breathing treatments in their office a couple times..

01-26-2026On 1/24/26 the gates were left open after hours per instruction of the district manager. The property manager (Misty) stated that on 1/25/26 at 6:48am several storage units were broken into. The security camera system was spray painted black and according to the property manager (Misty) theres no footage of the people who did these crimes. On 1/27/26 I was contacted at 1:03pm from the property manager (Misty) stating that my unit was broken into. When i asked the property manager (Misty) why none of the tenants were notified that the gates were going to be open during the weekend she stated that they were not liable to do so. My concern is why not let the tenants know that their property is in danger?
