11-30-2025The manager appears to have a limited grasp of effective customer support and consistently frames even simple requests as unmanageable, often attributing her inability to assist to vague directives from higher leadership. Damage from leaking AC lines and no assistance to help rectify any damage. Is extremely short and condescending too.
