06-08-2025If it wasnt for Natalie I would have rated this a 1 star. When I first purchased this unit I felt the customer service rep I spoke to on the phone was untruthful about their pricing and how often the price would increase. Natalie who works on site changed everything. Natalie not only listened to my ranting but she answered all my questions and was extremely understanding of my situation. She truly went above and beyond to help me. Natalies customers service is exceptional. Thank you Natalie for everything you did for me.
