02-08-2026First I like to say I was happy paying $70.- a month for storage rent when I first opened my account this past January 2013, then I was notified by mail that my storage rental would increase from $70.- to $100.- as of July 2013 and I was not happy about that. Second of all the hours of operation you as a tenant is only allowed access during business hours Monday thru Sunday and if you are there after business already inside once you leave you cannot re-enter which is foolish to confused tenants that have access 24 hours... Third of all the staff meaning the Customer Service Desk Staff is just horrible the Spanish girl who works there has a nasty attitude and does not know how to talk to clients in a professional nor acknowledge or greet clients professionally. The Hispanic male associate is somewhat okay in acknowledging and greeting clients but he looks as if he is in another continent of the world and not down to earth. The Property Manager is very nice, professional, and acknowledges in welcoming and appreciative manner.
