I had an issue with my storage, not being the correct size after I bought it online, and she very easily helped me proceed into getting another one for a good deal as well and I was able to put all my stuff in it accordingly. She was super friendly and super nice and super welcoming. She was very amazing and help helped me so much there, I had a couple issues with the elevator too, and when I ran into her, she helped me and she also helped me with my storage and finding it she ran that building like a boss. Thank you so much!!

04-20-2026When I was first looking for a storage for my business, I was trying to find somewhere with good customer service. I had decided on Public Storage and went to the one on Burchard. I did not receive good customer service, I received EXCELLENT customer service for Jawanna. She was so helpful and kind all throughout the process. She let me know how much it would cost and she even set me up with a unit that was PERFECT and cost efficient. I would be coming here again and recommending to my family and friends!
