08-10-2026I just started renting an indoor space here. Troublesome doors latches that are very cheap. There is about one vent per row / section of the "climate controlled" building -- beware, it is quite warm in there. I thought it odd the main sliding doors were opening and closing all day and night. The tenant told me to move before I started unloading at the main entrance. They closed the main doors for maintenance, just in time for my scheduled moving day. The backup side door is inadequate, and could at least be wider.

08-07-2026Not a great experience. Prices increase drastically and frequently. You have to buy your own special lock there that is useless after you are done with the unit. We had mice in our unit as well as a ton of debris that blew in. I would not recommend this place.

08-04-2026The space was always clean and the staff helpful (Maya was exceptional). The indoor climate controlled environment kept our personal belongings in perfect condition. The only drawback was the rent increases.

08-03-2026We really like storing our stuff at this facility! They increase rates every year or so just like all storage units do but these guys are really good about negotiating a fair price for you. Naya was very helpful with helping us achieve a batter rate. Very clean and has great security. Highly recommend!

08-02-2026If you're looking for a clean, secure storage facility, then you can't go wrong with this place. The downside of this business is the constant price increases, and they are not reasonable. Expect to pay high prices, especially for a temperature controlled unit. You can usually decrease your increase in monthly rent by calling the site office but I think that's something a customer shouldn't have to do. A ethical business that truly cares about it's customers would raise the rates reasonably without the customer needing to get involved. Three stars or less until this company changes its practices of rate increases, which is never to be expected.
