06-21-2026I do not recommend Extra Space Storage. They seem focused on squeezing every dollar out of me, no matter the situation. I was originally told my final month would be prorated, but when I moved out they suddenly insisted the full month had already been charged and cant be prorated. The staff was rude and dismissive the entire time, which only made the situation worse. On top of that, when I asked about a senior discount, I was told it only applies if you were born in the 1940s, which makes absolutely no sense and completely contradicts what I had been told before. The inconsistency and lack of professionalism were unbelievable. Beware that they do increase a steep rental price after ~ 9 to 10 months. Overall, the experience was inconsistent, unprofessional, and very customer-unfriendly. I wont be using this company again.
