05-27-2026The facility is very well maintained and secure. During my year of storage there, the elevator was out of service for a short period of time, which was inconvenient, but remedied. The gate was upgraded recently so it is quicker and easier to leave. The main reason for my lower star rating is because of the outrageous price increase. I started renting there because it was under $80 a month but doubled with a months notice. I had to search for a used shed to set up in my backyard to store my items as I could not afford the sudden increase in price. The checkout process was easy and all the employees there are very understanding and easy to talk to. Michael did a great job helping me with my check out.
