09-03-2026The customer service here is awesome Lizette is the best. I bought my unit online and when I got to the storage building I notice I would need more space. So Lizette help me stop units. But I signed up for the online price which was a little cheaper than coming into the store. But coming in you got the first month free. She gave me the first month free and also honored the online price. Every time I go there she's always smiling and is welling to help.

08-30-2026Excellent experience!!! Brand new facility, staff (Liz) was Wonderfull and answered all our questions and even gave us a tour before we booked our unit online (best discount). We even noticed at 8:30 pm on a Sunday there was a cleaning crew cleaning all the hallways and entry ways, very clean space. Love it!
