She did not try to up sell us or bait and switch us for more money upon arrival. What she said over the phone is exactly what happened in person. Thank you!

09-25-2026Changing my review. This place is disgusting. Infested with rats and other pests. It smells like urine in every hallway. Half of my items were ruined. I will be filing a claim.

After explaining my situation to Jerry she went out of her way to see if she can help me out with a better deal and gave me a few different options to try and accommodate me the best way she could. Jerry was very nice and caring and took everything I said into consideration. I am very blessed to have dealt with her directly and we were able to come up with a solution and future plan for my units.
