08-02-2026Do NOT GIVE THIS LOCATION YOUR TIME OR MONEY. * THEY WILL MESS UP the payment system then it will show a false and fake default making it appear you owe them when you DO NOT. THE MANAGER IS NOT HELPFUL. BECAUSE HOW ?? WILL YOU CREDIT FOR THE ERROR YOU ALL MADE BUT THEN "CHARGE " IT BACK CITING ANOTHER PAYMENT ERROR ON THIER PART. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. NOT TO MENTION, ACCESS, THE ELEVATORS DO NOT ALWAYS WORK. THE PLACE IS NOT CLEAN AND OFTEN HAVE HOMELESS PEOPLE LIVING IN IT. DO NOT GO ALONE AT NIGHT. YOU RARELY HAVE ANYIONE IN THE OFFICE. YOU CAN NOT GET CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN YOU NEED IT. THIS UNIT AND LOCATION IS THE WORST!!!!! And thats on GOD! OH and YES I DID SPEAK TO SOME ONE WHO CLAIM TO BE THE MANAGER. A VERY UNHELPFUL WOMAN. WHO DOES NOT CARE. IF I COULD I WOULD ADD SCREENSHOTS

07-30-2026I had to change locations due to the original location being too far from my house. The lady at the desk was so nice and helpful. She called multiple locations to help me find one closer to my house. Once I arrived at the correct, Jerry was super welcoming and helpful.
