08-26-2024Thank you Mr. Carl Hayward - Store Manager for such professionalism! Mr. Hayward literally explained the contract throughly line by line, affirmed all the charges with me as well. Mr. Hayward also explained the discounts online as well. We proceeded to the gate entrance, that process was explained throughly. onward to the storage & lock unit, that process was explained throughly. The grounds were very clean, there was a gentlemen on the roof blowing those leaves off as well! Mr. Hayward took the time to blow my unit out, which was previously cleaned. He stated We take care of our customers! Mr. Hayward literally walked me through the entire process step by step, ensuring I was satisfied with the contract! I truly appreciate the professionalism!! Thank you!
