02-26-2026I want to highlight Betsy, the store manager. Shes outstandingprofessional, helpful, and truly cares about customers. If the decision were up to her, I would stay without hesitation. Unfortunately, Im leaving because of company policies. After over 10 years as a customer (at one point renting two units), the frequent rent increasesalmost every three monthshave become unsustainable. The prices are now so high that moving to a warehouse actually costs me less. Its a shame, because the on-site service is great, but Public Storage has become too greedy. Thank you, Betsy.
