01-13-2026Was nice when I first rented. But now, see pix. Have told them on 2 occasions that the ceiling is falling down since Hurricane Ian. So now my contents are covered with sheetrock debris AND all the dirt/ debris off the roof. Never offered another unit and just got the postcard saying that a unit that would barely fit an SUV is now going to cost $575/ month. Not worth it ! A representative did call after seeing my review and apologized, but too little, too late. NOW they offer to move me to another unit. She was plesant, but I am 98% moved out and can not recommend them for storage of your belongings.

12-20-2025The staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Everything was explained in detail and there were not any unforeseen expenses or issues. Gave me a tour of the storage units available and explained each unit. I am very pleased that I selected Public Storage to keep my valuables!
