She was sincerely concerned with my complaint and willing to make adjustments to my rates. 09-20-2025No digo que son malos,nondigo que son buenos pero deberian tener mas gente trabajando los sabados otra cosa deberian de tener las unidades para juegos de sala y cosas grandes en la parte de abajo.en los segundos y terceros piso es super incomodo guardar esos juegos.de sala ( sofas).

08-09-2025Chelsea was FANTASTIC. I have had so many rentals at so many other locations and I've never experienced such gracious service. I had an appt. With another location and they were a NO SHOW so I found another location and from the moment I walked in Chelsea greeted us with a smile and her smile was everlasting from beginning to end. My daughter in law even rented a unit. Her customer service was exceptional. I have three units in another location if I had the energy I'd move it all. Honestly she made it easy and fun and took our worries away. kudos Chelsea

08-09-2025We were having trouble with a different location and was able to come to this location and Chelsea took wonderful care of us! She was extremely friendly, understanding, and super helpful. One of the best property managers ive ever encountered! i 100% believe she is over qualified for her position and deserves either a raise or promotion she truly is worthy of it compared to other managers ive dealt with.
