01-25-2026I recently tried to rent 2 parking spaces. I was informed I couldn't rent them without registration and insurance (I takle delivery of the vehicles in 2-3 weeks - just trying to reserve the space). I was informed that wasn't an option - even though I was willing to pay for a year in advance. Ok - I get it - policy is policy. So I called back and offered to rent the spaces and provide the license and registration for my personal vehicles until the corporate ones came in. I was then called sketchy... I have refererred hunders of units to this franchise over the past few decades and am appaled at the treatment I received today. This mindset is not indicative of other locations - only this one - as the other locations did their best to help me get in contact with someone of authority to discuss the issue with.
