04-11-2024Extra Space was always my go to when needing storage, but like most corporations with time it's all about greed. Rent goes up after a couple of months now. They don't bother sending a proper notification and of course they automatically deduct it from the "automatic payment on file". The only reason why I'm giving this location 3 stars is because Matt and Ellie still have impeccable customer service skills and they keep the property impeccably clean. If you're on a fixed income, I'd think twice about Extra Space because it means extra money.
