08-30-2024Awesome customer service! The team on the phone and onsite went way above what I hoped for when dealing with a basement flood 30 min before the local storage office closed. They handled the transaction over the phone and internet and had me all set up with access to a clean unit before everyone headed out for the holiday weekend.

08-25-2024Was looking at other storage places and their prices and Extra Space Storage on Buffalo & Cheyenne was the most reasonable and fairly priced. I had read a lot of the reviews and decided to give this place a chance, and I'm glad I did. Walked in on a Saturday and met with Zoey who was great. She was great at explaining how everything works and was kind enough to walk me through and show me some of the units I was interested in. She did not rush through everything like other places do and they try to push you out quickly. Her customer service skills are excellent and that's hard to come by in some places nowadays. Glad I made a good choice.
