08-29-2024The facility is amazingly well maintained. The staff was very professional, polite and understanding. When we fell behind due to medical reasons they were very understanding and helpful getting us a discounted rate to move out instead of having to loose family photos and items that cant be replaced. Amazing experience and if I ever need to use a storage facility again it will definitely be with them

07-12-2024Walked into the public storage January 11, 2024 about five minutes before they were opening the door from lunch break and Mr. Kevin greeted me with a smile and open the door early. Gave me the special of the month. Walked me to the Unit and did annd excellent job with making sure that I knew everything that needed to take place For my storage rental thanks again. Wonderful customer service clean space nice size units. To add to my experience closing out my unit It was a very simple process. I was able to sign over my unit unit as I was not able to Hold on my storage they made it easy for me to avoid a payment by signing it over. Leah made the process very simple she is so courteous and professional . Im so happy I choose this location with excellent staff members. Keep up the excellent work
