05-28-2026My experience with staff was very kind!! Despite getting a major rate increase, I was offered a promotional rate due to an administrative glitch that prevented an original flash sale from being applied to my unit. Becky worked very diligently to make this happen and provided me with advice to help me with future rate increases. I am grateful and would recommend for future clients!! Units are clean and site is safe and easily accessible. Thank you! ????

05-21-2026Becky was a huge help in figuring out what size storage unit size I needed. She walked me thru the process, sine Ive never had a storage before. The whole process was very easy and convenient. My lock was inside my storage waiting for me. No stopping to run to the office. My unit is also very clean. At this point, Im happy and recommend Extra Space Storage.

05-15-2026Becky is the type of employee that every business owner dreams of, whether they know it or not. She went so far above and beyond to accommodate my wife and I, and help us not only remain financially capable of keeping our unit, but we actually saved a bit downsizing (rather than letting go of the larger unit we could no longer afford). She helped us navigate a tricky transition, moving out of one unit and into another, she personally looked at the items we had stored and made recommendations about how to maximize space in the new unit so that things would just barely fit. But on top of what she was able to do for us, it was the personal touch of her customer service that was so charming, we interacted with her on several occasions and she was always bubbly, asking follow-up questions about events in our life we had told her about, expressing her excitement at an upcoming move she has. We have thoroughly enjoyed our usage of the Martin ave Extra Space location, but I can say with 0 exaggeration, we would not currently be customers of this property if Becky hadn't been there to work (quite hard) to retain us as customers. She found a solution that was mutually beneficial for everyone, put in time and a good amount of creative thought, and managed to absolutely save the day. If anyone higher up at Extra Space ends up reading this, I want you to know how much of an absolute gem you have with this lady!

05-06-2026I stored my car here for a few months - Becky who works here is a delight and went above and beyond in several ways to help me in a stressful time - and was a delight to work with. I feel very comfortable with my car there, and their rates are lower than some others in the area, including other Extra Space locations! Recommended.
