08-30-2024Currently going through an emergency situation and stopped into extra space storage to get a storage unit. Aquenah was exceptional with her customer service skills. She assisted me on finding the right unit for my situation and also Helping me keep my daughter who is one calm during the lease signing process. I am so happy I met her. She is such an amazing person and made a horrible situation so much better! The storage unit and the facility is super clean And climate controlled, so that is good! Will definitely use Extra space again if needed!

08-28-2024My experience went very well at extra space storage. I happened to be looking online and ran into space storage. I called up to the store and a young lady by the name of aquenah helped me with all I needed .. she was kind funny great spirits and awesome to have assisting me with what I needed . I will say most places I go to alot of them have bad attitudes and aren't happy . She was a joy to be around and we need more people with her spirits working .. I would give her a 10 out of a 10
